Return & Refund Policy

For Orders Placed Directly with Re-Defy

Free Shipping on Orders over $75.

30 Day Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from shipment to return or exchange your Re-Defy shoes.

  • Try your shoes indoors only to check fit and comfort.

  • Shoes must be returned in clean, like-new condition, with all original insoles and packaging.

  • Shoes must retain tags, accessories and original box.

Free Returns

Enjoy free return shipping for each item on your order within the 30-day window. Returns are inspected at our warehouse prior to refund.

Easy, One-Time Exchanges

  • You may exchange each item one time for a different size or color (same style) within 30 days. Returns are inspected at our warehouse prior to your exchange.

  • If you’d like a different style, please select a refund and place a new order.

  • After you select an exchange, this cannot be updated to a refund.

What’s Not Returnable

Shoes with outdoor wear, stains, damage, odors, or missing inserts/components cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shoes without the original box cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If your return is not accepted, we will ship your item back to you.

Warranty

If your shoes have a material or workmanship defect within 30 days, we’ll replace them or issue a full refund.

  • Normal wear and tear is not covered.

  • If your Warranty Claim is not approved, we will ship your item back to you.

If you use our prepaid return shipping label, the cost will be shown before completing your return and will be deducted from your refund (unless we made an error).

Refunds of duties and taxes are at Re-Defy’s discretion unless the return is due to our error.
